My Story

I have had the unique opportunity of living and working with both Eastern and Western cultural influences. From one part of my life, has come my fascination with ancient civilisations, indigenous people and their wisdom of our cosmic connection to mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. From the other, my insatiable curiosity to understand the science behind how this invisible intelligence works and how to integrate and apply this knowledge in the context of how we live and work today.

My undergraduate degree was a Science degree followed by an MBA. I’ve worked in the business world for most of my life and continued my professional development in the areas of human potential based on the study of research and models of management, psychology and neuroscience, and more recently, with experienced practitioners who have expertise in the area of energy and consciousness, biophysics and mind body healing.

What I’ve discovered in the process is that most of our current efforts at increasing and maximizing our performance as human beings are focused on attempts to harness our full power in a very limited way. The reason for this is that it's not something most of us are taught. Most of humanity, in the modern, technological, world has so far been unaware of it.

From my experience, the main idea that we're taught from a young age, is that, in order to be clever, smart and successful we must operate like a computer not a human being; cram unlimited amounts of content into our brain, be good at retaining and remembering it and then regurgitating it at will. To be really perfect, we must also compartmentalise our thoughts and emotions, hide what we think and feel from ourselves and others and focus on putting on a good show. We're also supposed to automatically know what other people think and feel and be able to figure out how to solve all our problems, while trying to relate to a world full of people who are also doing mostly the same..... and then expect to be HAPPY!

We think of ourselves as having separate and distinct parts which are disconnected from one another.

Maintaining this paradigm of thinking can take up a lot of energy and forces us to be out of integrity with ourselves. Its actually not the best way for leadership or to perform well at work and unhealthy for our own wellbeing and relationships.

We're in the midst of a paradigm shift that recognises that this "old" way of operating is just not sustainable anymore.

If we look at different world cultures, and their approach to healing, each and everyone of them recognizes THE most important key is the invisible intelligence or energy that connects ALL the different parts of us. Modern western mainstream medecine is now slowly catching up to this idea and we are seeing the emerging field of integrative health and medecine.

We know for a fact through quantum physics and through research in the area of energy medicine and bio physics, that this invisible energy exists and manifests itself as an energy field around our physical body. This has profound implications for how we operate.

Understanding our true nature in this holistic way is the key to achieving multidimensional success.

I've spent time studying and learning how to apply and integrate this knowledge into the way I live and work and share the tools and processes associated with it, with my clients.

I look forward to also sharing these with you and collectively, being part of a new paradigm shift for humanity.
